📜 Terms of Service (ELARI STUDIOS)

By using ELARI STUDIOS' services or website, you agree to the following terms:

 

🔹 1. Service Description

ELARI STUDIOS provides visual strategy services, copywriting (via AI), and high-quality product visuals (images and/or videos) tailored to small businesses and creators.

 

🔹 2. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables are licensed for commercial use by the client.

 

We retain the right to use works in our portfolio and marketing, unless otherwise agreed.

 

You may not resell or redistribute the visuals outside of your own brand’s use.

🔹 3. Payments & Refunds

All services must be paid in full before delivery.

 

Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are not typically offered once production begins.

 

If you're unsatisfied, we'll do our best to revise the visuals within the agreed rounds of feedback.

 

🔹 4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear product images, brand references, or context as needed.

 

You are responsible for the legal ownership of the products or branding provided.

 

🔹 5. Use of AI & Automation

We use tools powered by AI (e.g., ELA Copywriter, visual generation engines).

You understand and accept that while we deliver customized, high-end results — some of the underlying technology is automated.

 

🔹 6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (e.g., sales performance, advertising results).

We are responsible only for delivering the agreed creative assets in line with the chosen package.
